I hear you asking given the heightened interest in the mighty black and blue club, I ca hear you all quivering in ya boots even you BC.

The club as I understand it are doing a couple of things in regard to membership with a lanyards recognising years of CONTINUAL membership so that those who rightfully or not deserted the club with the alignment might be a bit pi..ed.

The other thing they are doing is for an extra $30 membership they can get their name on the opening games jumper, good response so far and for folk like me lifers will be on there for free! The jumpers will be auctioned later but replica's will be at the merchandise store.

I think that it shows the club has decided it needs to go back to its members old new and deserted and give them something (obviously at a cost but ....)

Jeremy Barnard takes up the role next week as I understand it and the Past players will be looking at some form or a sausage sizzle for the players and members in the coming months.

All of the aforementioned is mixed with fact and a little bit of crystal ball gazing on my part as you all know I am NOT the voice of the club just an interested volunteer!

Must be a great feeling for all loyal and passionate East Perth supporters Grump. Just DON'T EVER go back to rolling into bed with an AFL club again. The rest of us will never forgive you. The WAFL is a better competition with an unaligned East Perth in it.
