Grump ... see Big Blair Della Franca will make his league debut tomorrow. SF have had good results with ex EP ruckman Edwards , Arnold (although predominantly a fwd) , Higgins and now Della Franca.

Maybe they are taking a risk with a debutant, they are playing East Fremantle and you don't want to take them lightly. If South don't turn up in a serious frame of mind, thinking they can rest players and underestimate East Fremantle then its big trouble for them.

I did say the exact same as you are stating here Oool on EF thread.. it’s not s gimme game. Particularly if they turn up and expect it to be easy..

They are 2nd whether they win or lose tomorrow. Of course South want to go into the finals with a win but apart from that the game means zero to them.

Yeah it could be a case of history repeating itself.

Blair was a good or better colts ruckman, made the 18's squad and the in his next year there were a few issues inside the club but mostly outside. He has got himself together andeach time I talk to him at EP/SF games he is enjoying himself inside and outside football.

How good he will be at league level, time will tell but I wish him well and hope he succeeds.
