Losing both the colts and reserves was not the outcome I was looking for but there were some positives.

Mitch Fraser back playing and showing that he fit and firing, always great to see a player of his ilk come back from and ACL.

The colts game was close for most of the game but when it counted the the WP boys were just that little bit stronger and more adept in their play. Holding quite simple marks is an area where we fell down and WP showed much better skills in this area. The positive for EP is that whilst WP had a more experienced side in we can only get better as the boys gain the experience and maturity that is needed at this level.

The ressies was one sided for much of the game. In my opinion the players we are putting out there are much better than this and I wonder where the issue is but again I know we are better than this and hopefully the playing group can take control and put the results together.

Ben Miller was outstanding along with Mitch Fraser.

I don't think I have ever seen Ben play a "bad" game. League or Reserves.

League listed this week but again he was a victim of the West Coast "overflow".
