Today sees the debut of the captain of last years colts side, Shane Hille.

Seems like opportunities are still there for those have the ability and commitment to the cause!

Shane is a talented footballer who I have seen grow from a 14 year old through to now. He thoroughly deserves his chance and knowing Shane he will grasp it with both hands.

He is courageous often to his own detriment, mmm three concussions and one ambulance but that has never stopped being from realising his dream.

He fully understands his capacity, his ability and his role and I am very proud to have something to do with him over the past years, Well Done Shane!
We live in a time where intelligent people are being silenced so stupid people won't be offended

Yes, well done Shane. The third local East Perth to debut in three matches, despite the WC presence.

Also Rowan Powell (WC) plays his first League game for East Perth.

Hille seemed to handle the level better than he had in the reserves. As we suggested Grump Bayok and SPP into the state squad well done boys.
