The boys played well in a game we had to win, a game that was played hard and fast and without the same level of ineptitude shown the orange folk as last week (although it would seem we got the better deal this week).
It was game played hard and fast on a ground that suited some of our country boys, reminded one of the nannup park.
Both teams had a chance going into the last quarter as both had shown enough kicking into the wind and the Tigers defense had held us for the first three quarters. The message in the last was to just get it forward and use it when in the 50. It played out with us making best use of the wind for the game and scoring 6 goals. Well done boys.
Dent and Hille played well all day with great support from Allsop, Ipsen and Young. In the last a solid contribution from Dobson and Hick showed again that we have some boys coming through that have a good level of talent.
