Already had one game sabotaged this season,with the nonsensical decision by the Weagles to fly Schumacher to Brisbane as a spectatator, now the Freo Jerkoffs,who have key talls coming out of their backsides,decide to select our No.1 forward Sebit to be essentially a Peel backup player,which is a blow i don't see us recovering from,so watch our points for which is 3rd highest in the comp, plummet accordingly in the coming weeks,and to be honest i am fast losing interest.

Are we entitled to recruit a replacement Lucky. 

Unlucky but at least you didn’t lose Schumacher. Might be an opportunity for Elijah Taylor to step up and show his wares.

Really thought people were too optomistic in saying we would definitely make the five.So much can go wrong from pre season till the real season starts.Firstly we were fortunate that most of our covid problems were pre season.We have avoided too many inuries.Unfortunatley having Schumacher as a West Coast emergency has cost us at least one game.Had Scumacher  played for us or Giro also gone as a emergency i suspect we would win the Subi  game.My biggest fear about the mid season draft has come true.Always thought that Sebit the most likely to be drafted of all the East P.erth players.I think our chances  of making the five are very slim.looks like we go back to Plan B and Eddie Simpson goes back to full forward and  second ruck.Sebit is really irreplaceble.nobody at the club who is athletic and  can leap and take a high mark and can use his speed to create chaos .plus  a decent kick for goal from 50-55 metres.It's great for Sebit but it ruins our structure.

Ridiculous. You lose your one decent (hope I’m not being harsh on anyone here) forward!!! And to make it worse, he stays in the comp and will play against you

TBH EP losing Kuek highlights the flow on effect of the  carnage  caused by the AFL and their arrogance and contempt for the "feeder" leagues. It is completely pointless Freo recruiting this young fella, he is not going to play for Freo this year, all he is going to do is sit and "develop" over the next 6 months at  Peel.....could still do that at EP, who realistically need his presence more then Peel does in 2022 to remain competitive.....

EF losing Teakle, to play SANFL footy is a head scratching as well, Lycett is back in a month and realistically once he is back Teakle just sits back and "develops" at an unfamiliar club at a similar level, trying to learn a new game plan. Good luck to both players, obviously playing at the highest level is and should be the goal of every footballer, regardless of age. 

The process needs looking at, as much as Freo, Port etc have the right to strengthen their chances of success, so does every other club, irrespective of the level of footy they are participating in. Injuries, COVID etc are the wear n tear casualties of a footy season for not only the AFL but other comps as well......surely if one has to grin and bear it, then so must all.....these AFL list managers get opportunity  after opportunity to cover their fark ups with draft after draft......if a player wasn't deemed good enough in the November or SSP drafts, why after 12 weeks they are suddenly now?...it's just greed and arrogance..

.....as 58 says, how about an AFL mid season trade, loan a player out sitting on the pine, good for their development instead of twiddling their thumbs in the 2nds.....nope... what if we need them is the thinking .....pity the likes of an EP or EF don't get that respect......or any of those affected  SANFL clubs as well.

No one Freezin begrudges a player fulfilling a life long dream,but the AFL trading business should be all done and dusted in the Pre season, and not extended to  mid season where it can torpedo a feeder teams season.Why don't they extend the AFL lists by 5 and if they lose players through injury they can just make do with what they've got.

These afl teams already have 45 players on their list.
How many do they actually use during a season on average barring of course this covid hit year- 35?
This whole mid season draft is a farce, they dont even use some of the players on their list already and their adding more!

Its an  absolute joke B.H. the Dorkers only have 5 on their injured list ,and a Sh.load of tall forwards,and the biggest slap in the face will be when we play Chunder in a couple of weeks,where Sebit will probably kick 5 against us.
