Beasley Hutton wrote: Grump I reckon Ramsay will win the Sandover, he is probably the best and most damaging player in the WAFL at the moment especially by foot. Throw in Robertson, Lynch, Scoot, Kerr & co and there is a guaranteed collective 120+ disposals a game amongst that midfield alone.
And they have a plethora of tall targets who can take a strong grab inside 50 to kick long to.

He is a good chance and it would be a deserved reward, perhaps to go with the Book medal which I reckon he is a monty!

No reports saying East Perth kept Swan Districts scoreless in the final quarter. Poor reporting. That deserves a mention surely.

Grump on the former EP players at Swans I would like to see Bayok, Bashemule & Hughes given a chance to cement a League berth for 2021 as they have something to work with in my opinion, Bayok & Bashemule have a touch of flair something we lack or is coached out of our players for some unknown reason, Hughes has been quite good down back not his best game yesterday but has traits of Ethan in his game with the intercept marking, whilst Payne has a been a good servant but is probably near the end to be honest and we have a few others in that category as well.
On the other hand I didnt notice any of the former SD players now at EP playing yesterday in Fullgrabbe, Dean, Pescud or Begovich are they injured at the moment?

Thanks for your report Grump. Spot on as usual. Given the circumstances that Barnard came into last year, he has done a great job with his group and there's a lot of upside to East Perth going into 2021. One player who caught my eye was number 7 Magro, he seemed a fairly lively player with a good goal sense. Is he any relation to Stan?

Fullgrabbe, Begovich are still injured, Pescud and Dean maybe just not picked. Although Dean is very talented. Magro may of played colts at Swans but Is a fantastic player. We no longer get pushed around in the middle which is a fair start. Swans looked competitive but a bit young and a few passengers.

Hughes is a good player and will be a regular, Bayok and Bashemule can do the unexpected but never enough to worry a good team, sounds like I have turned against them but it was my opinion before, good guys but ....... .

Pescud was named as an emergency I was told both he and Fullgrabbe will be ins for next week, levels unknown.
