Good for the WAFL if EP can step up and give the likes of those top 4 sides something to think about....in a shortened season there are no second chances or repeat meetings...you snooze you lose...as EF did midway thru the first and EP did v Perth in the 1st quarter...last year there was nothing between the bottom 3 sides in points....good for EP in Jones and Ajang can feed their very good mids....pretty sure S, SF, Cl and WP mids won't be as free n easy as EF mids were on Sat...but as you say bring it on.

You say FORWARDS as in plural but i say forward as in singular referencing a certain No55 but if you thought that was a dominant win DF then more power to you.

Although i thought we won the ruck and midfield battle DF i will concede Eyres put in a solid effort and was'nt overwhelmed against 2 huge ruckman.

I thought he did well to neutralise some of the influence to some degree.
Yes McDonald was good but McInnes has straitened us up.
Our midfield did okay to get the ball in there quickly.
Haven't said it was dominant but it was a better win than some people give us credit for.
We have stern tests to come.

EP, WP and Perth will fight it out for 4th spot- game against each other will be what decides it. Perth already with a leg up.

This weeks game should be a ripper between WP v EP. Your big blokes forward could well pull us apart as we are not a tall side ourselves but may be more fleet of foot across the ground. Our defence have only given up 16 goals in the 3 games. You blokes will need to hang on to your marks up forward because as soon as it hits the ground thats where we will get you. EP have recruited heavily and I like that we have mostly local players and we seem to always defy the critics, that twit on WAFL World, Dan Hobley tipped Peel over WP with confidence, sheezus !!!

Very true mate....this weeks game as Leedy says Will be a ripper....and an 8 point game so to speak....first 3 spots are as expected....that final 4 spot is definitely down to one of the Perf sides....time will tell which one...history suggests tho that one of them will self combust....again.

It would appear that we have picked up another player from Claremont, Cooley who was apparently the captain of their colts team. 33 possessions in last year colts gf so would suggest he can play a bit.
