The usual suspects tried hard but there were a few who still seem to get a little too anxious and turned the ball over far easier than they should!

Cahill, Ramsay, the Dobbo, Jaimie Rudrum and a few others put in but capitalising on the work was sadly lacking. Saying that it was great to see Sebit get a game and take a few good marks.

The ressies was from the same script and the colts were just outclassed.

BUT it was great to be watching the game.

Exactly my same thoughts yesterday. It’s great to have something to break up the mundane merry go round of everyday life, see people you haven’t seen for a while, ride the ups and downs, and feel like you are living again.

Come on Grump it was only a scratch match. Its far too early to be making predictions about whether Subiaco's winning margin in the Grand Final will be 10, 15 or 20 goals. Give it a couple of weeks at least..

Yep sadly due to on going issues with his feet (as I understand it)Stan has gone into semi retirement. Apparently they have tried all manner of strategies but to no avail. I personally will miss him, he is just one of the boys who comes through the development process that you like from day dot!

I thought Stan started to play some very good footy last year.

Certainly was but the issue was there last season and has just got the better of all concerned .

Why do they play 16min quarters? Wouldn't 15min be more logical ?

It is what the AFL dcided so we ....... like Mary's little lambs, should just be 20 minutes plus time on!
