Good couple of weeks for the Dees. Gain Dawes, Byrnes and Rodan late. Losing Rivers and Moloney hurts but losing Morton is a huge bonus. Hopefully we get Pedersen now and all wil be good.

Ricky Petterd, Jamie Bennell and Mathew Bate been sent packing as well. Wonder if there names were banded around during trade period?
Neeld certainly making some changes but will it make much difference???

More like 3 fairly average weeks for the Melbourne football club. Pedersen, Dawes and Byrnes I can understand, but why Rodan? Not only did we give up some pretty decent players (Moloney, Martin, Gysberts), but what we got for them was nothing short of Pathetic. For example, we should have forced a lot more out of Brisbane for Martin. Pleased with Viney, Hogan and Barry, though, and getting rid of Morton was a blessing. Would've traded him for a packet of crisps.
