It's not just whether it's a high performance chamber or high altitude - simple fact of the matter is that no matter the type of training they are just prepared to do it for longer and do it harder...

good idea ooollll….there was some talk a little while ago about building a new gym and fitness centre complete with a lap pool either at the back of the club or next to it...maybe they could incorporate a hyperbaric chamber in that to aid recovery...i'm not sure exactly where those plans are at but if I win Powerball tomorrow night I might just stump up with the $ myself.
