I hear it's not a bad one so Horse should be back soon, Della is the real worry though.

yep...spoke briefly to Dela before the game and 5 to 6 weeks which is a bummer. Not sure about clanger and horse is a hamstring which should be about 4 weeks if not too bad. Hamish Shep also struggled to wards the end with a leg injury so the walking wounded at the moment. The other thing which struck me was total reinforcement on not going to bogandean. the bogan supporters for mine are now the most feral in the comp overtaking EP. there's pockets of them that are a disgrace and a reason why families don't go to WAFL games.

I am mystified with your comments BC. I made a point of sitting in different areas of the ground in each quarter to get a different angle on the game. I sat on the outer wing, the shed next to the Subiaco members area and the East Perth area. The only places I didn't really go were the big grandstand (too cold) and the Subiaco members. All I saw was
1. Kids enjoying themselves - must have been your junior council day
2. People sitting watching the footy. There were occasional comments by Swans supporters directed at the umpires and opposition but no more than any other game.
The places I was sitting there were both Subiaco and Swans fans and there were no nasty interactions between the supporters or swearing while I was there.
I came away feeling that the atmosphere at the ground had been very good and I thought that it would be great to take a family for a cheap afternoons entertainment as I did when my kids were little.
So your experience was obviously different where you were, can you give me some examples of what you observed Swans supporters doing yesterday which made them so feral in your opinion?

I sat in the main grand stand and a prime example was a moron in a swans polo and red shorts abusing Subi players as they came off the ground at half time. there was some pretty ordinary language coming from a section sitting in the private boxes in the middle of the stand and while it was mainly directed at the umpires which I might add wasn't warranted given your mob won the free kick count 22 to 16 or there abouts, it still wasn't the sort of stuff I'd want small children to hear. once again you bogans are delusional and live in a parallel universe to the rest of us when it comes to your own.

So its a crime to yell at the opposition during a football game???? From what you were saying before I thought you were implying that people were starting fights or something. I was standing next to the fence just before half time and some Subiaco supporters were yelling at Ricky Cary when he was taking his shot for goal. Fair enough its called barracking and he missed. Come up with some better examples or just admit you are looking for reasons to justify your opinions. If people are swearing and being obnoxious you can always ask security to chuck them out.

It's a shame we couldn't do the same with Adam Lange, but he was on the sidelines in 08 crying like a girl

Just ignore it Mike, its easy for people to make shit up, I like you saw a small but vocal crowd enjoying a tough game for 3 quarters, nothing unsavoury at all

I don't have to justify anything...you asked me the question and I gave a response. if its not good enough for your liking then that's too bad...don't read my posts...simple really even for a swans supporter.
