I don't reckon you will get anywhere near them BC looking at their line up its scary if you do win not much hope for the rest of the comp.

Without the alignment both clubs have horrible lists.

It's a fucking joke! All those EP players who busted their balls all pre season get fucked in the ass & have to go back to the two's. Why would you want to be there?

As good as we can put on the paddock given the injuries and suspension. Jackson will need to lift his game after his effort against Swans, hope he's had some long chats with Rumba. Good to see Robbo named although he didn't suit up for any pre-season games, same for Shepheard. 7 on the bench, expect Shepheard, Mahoney, Hancock & G Clarke to get a gig although if it's raining as forecast they may not go with Shepheard as an extra tall. Bit disappointed Madut isn't listed, his pre-season form was very good, maybe he's carrying an injury? If as expected they field pretty much a full AFL list team, it will be a monumental effort to get over them down on their paddock. Super tough start to the season with FART, WART & Joondy first 3 games but as it should be I guess being dual premiers we shouldn't get any favors in the fixtures.

The only player from the Peel region that I can see in that line up is Brad Walsh delisted by Carlton, don't know why he elected to go back to Peel knowing he was going to get pushed out by Freo players, and he's actually on the extended bench.

Grassy wrote: May as well move to Cockburn now, though that would complete the Commission's Total Failure regarding the "population corridor" that is the Peel Region.

So is to be Peelmantle or Cockburn Thunder?

I couldn't care less my only interest is no injuries to Freo players.

Lets hope they play with that in mind, it will give us a better chance, cant see it as they are all fighting for a spot in round 1 so I expect them to be full on.

15 freo listed players released to Peel for Saturdays game and some real quality inclusions amongst them.

Bennell, Zac Clarke, Crozier, De Boer, Alex Pearce, Clancy Pearce, Silvani, Blakely, Sam Collins, Brady Grey, Jack Hannath, Ed Langdon, Ethan Hughes, Darcy Tucker & Lachie Weller.

If we get within 30 points we'll be doing well.

Claremont are in the same boat, even worse with 17 WC players including Sheed, Redden, McGinnity, Hutchings, McInnes to name a few.

I cant see why FART & WART didn't play all their left overs against each other and leave the WAFL alone.

hear hear SS. the WAFL would have known when drawing up fixtures that the AFL season was starting a week after ours and that big numbers would more than likely drop back to WART and FART. It would have made sense to me to schedule those two against each other. They probably would have got a big crowd of non-WAFL supporters going along for a look given it's a pseudo WA based AFL club derby.
