Aren't the profit / loss numbers the first thing generally provided in an annual report? Are they given in the annual report given to members or is the same as the online one?
Is $ubi now sitting in such a fiercely imposing financial position that they would rather keep the numbers quiet?

Not always Too....businesses will sometimes produce a financial report in addition to an annual report although I gotta say I would have thought a sporting club would have a breakdown of finances in its annual report.
