yeah...the boys from bogandean sure do have short memories. who can forget the howler made by the Kraks lawyer when presenting the statement of facts at his assault trial when he said the Krak was receiving $800 a game when in fact it had been stated as much less than that by the club in its salary declaration to the WAFC.....gold.

That is special,BC.I have not heard of this classic before.What did the commission do about it? I was aware of the three speeding fines paid for by Swans,very professional approach by both Davis and the club! He was probably running late for training when speeding,then fined by the club for his lateness,then in turn passed on his speeding fines to the club which then in turn paid them.Nothing would surprise me with this mob.

can you guys please provide your evidence regarding any penalty imposed on Swans for breaching the salary cap ?

as at 30 March 2013 Swans were fined 10k for unrecorded payments that in fact did not see it breach the salary cap.

I bet SDFC wouldn't of paid the speeding fines for a player lesser than Davis's importance?....amazing the perks one can get for kicking a pigskin better than somebody else.......

certainly when the ex copper took over as President for a while such practices ceased very quickly.

from memory the WAFL sent a please explain to the bogans and had a bit of a poke around in their accounts. i dont think anything came of it but it was a bit of an embarrassment at the time as lawyers don't normally get statement of facts wrong at the District Court. the cynical amongst us might say it was swept under the carpet by the WAFC for convenience or maybe the bogans took white out to their books...but I'm not saying that because I'd get the full force of the bogandean faithful demanding an apology or issuing a summons or sending me hate mail...so for mine, the lawyer representing the Krak made it up.
