I couldn't help but look on Sat's budget and think Subi are in the shit early season (again) on the injury front.

We know Randall and Forrest are out long term with Horsley and Dougs out for a few more weeks also but there are a few more who were getting a regular league game in 2013 who didn't play in the league or magoos on the weekend including -

Stevenson, Daniels, Worthington, Tristan Gum and Bradley McDonald (are they still with us? both handy players) and Pickett jnr

Anyone got any info ???

Tritan Gum was a good footballer but that ankle injury (I think) early last season wrecked his year IMO.

Yep but he played later in the season I think ?
He was No/3 last year but still on WAFL.com as active player but I think he's probably no longer on our list ??? Just waiting for clarification from someone in the know.

So Horse and Stevo named in League - Wonder if Stevo should play ressies 1st up ???

A player who I haven't seen in the squads is Leishman - Liked the look of him last season and think he's got a bright future. Is he injured as well ???

Notice Daniels is named in Ressies - So now only about 6 out but if they were all available we'd be a chance to push into the Top 4 ?
Without everyone on the park I still think 5-6th.

So looks like Gum has gone - Pitty that.

Then the three to come back into the league would be Horsley,Dougs and Wheeler.

Still injured can play 1sts but not automatic selections - Leishman,Wortho,Daniels,Picket and McDonald,Smith.

Plus those playing well pushing up from ressies - Blech,Bogie,Feathers,Garcia,Kerr,Le Fanu and others.

Competition is on for spots when we get a few more on the park.

In League at the moment - JKT and Mahoney are finding it tough for form but will be better for the run. Moore and Joyce played better at Gero. Latham looks a bit slow and decision making needs work. Stevenson did a great job down back 1st game on the park. Kennedy/J Deluca and Elliott as kids are gaining great experience and these guy's are our future.

So 2014 doesn't look too bad if we can get everyone out on the track - Good start but if we take our foot off the pedal we can fall heavy as in previous seasons.
A lot of work still to do till we look like a finals team again - Consistancy is the key - and playing for each other.
