Cheers DG.  Yes, he sounds like a good pickup.  I also notice Dewar and Kitch have been taken off our senior list but Soks is still there.  I wonder of he's having second thoughts.   I was sat behind his girlfriend at the last game and heard her say he's playing country next year.  Maybe the club has convinced him to go around again.  Let's hope so.

Good pick up but not the big bodied 205cm/110kg ruckman we need to combat guys like Jones Reidy and Eastland.
But as you say, a good start. Now we need a pacy mid or two and a couple of tall key defenders.

I see where a former Claremont lad, sorry cant recall his name, who was stolen in the mid season draft a year or 2 ago by Brisbane has been delisted after a couple of seasons in their VFL team and a knee injury. 205cm ruckman with good 2nd tier experience would be a plum recruit for a WAFL club. Expect his first option would be to return to the Tigers but he will be playing 2nd fiddle to Eastland who is one of the very best WAFL ruckman so his opportunities will be very limited. He would walk into a lead ruck roll at a few teams who are crying out for a genuine super tall ruckman to combat guys like Jones, Reidy & Eastland. Teams like Subi, Perth and Swans should be chasing this guy with tempting offers as all three clubs have points and money to spare.
