If you asked me which team I disliked the most, as a Subi supporter I'd say the debt dodging dagoes from up the freeway would win hands down after the 1995 GF.

But that has all changed after the WAFC handed FART two flags at our expense and continue to treat them as a long lost love child.

This week is a chance to extract a bit of revenge as I'd love our boys to tear them a new one.  Personally, I don't think it will happen as the Freo players of which there'll be 12 or so have had an opportunity to fully recover from last weekend whereas out guys have been at work.

I think our backs will stand up, mids should break even but I'm really concerned about our ability to kick a winning score.  We should go in unchanged with only Schofield a chance to come in. Fingers crossed we get over the line but it will be a big ask.

Totally agree mate. I lost a lot of interest after those two GF’s making a mockery of the competition.
But I still care enough to follow closely.
Who will make way for Schofield? Robbins perhaps?
Golding would be stiff. Maxy perhaps was a bit down again.
Morgan would probably hold his place for a tagging role.

Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest, if you guys burn them in the last quarter to win. Big job again for Clarke.

I thought Subi came out angry & fired up last week. I hope they bring that to the game against the Chunder.

I see Greg Clark has been delisted. Bad news for him but great for us next year I hope.

Hope Greg comes back to us, does a "Brayshaw" and shows the WC what a bunch of football numpties they really are.
The possible/likely return of Clark and maybe Menagola, plus Hayden returning from injury, to add to out current midfield group of Giro, the Hickmonts, Schoey, Maxy, Alone, Morgan, Golding and Kitch if he continues on should see us be able to match the likes of EP and EF in that area next year.

Will need to make sure the 2 Freo ruck monsters dont get to work over Zac to the extent they did last time, Reidy is a V good player and used his bulk to block Zac's run at the throwups/ins time and again, need to get that sorted, hopefully the umps will be watching it. All about a 4 qtr effort and some straighter kicking which cost us the game last time. We dominated the second qtr but could only post 4.8, they dominated the 3rd and got 6.5, that was the difference.

Isn't Luke Foley also a Sub player? You guys could have a very strong team next year. Clark was unlucky to get chopped, and is an elite player in the WAFL. I assume Perth will go through the motions of contacting his manager, only to be told "you've got to be joking."

Foley might get a chance at another AFL club but I guess when you're delisted by the worst team in the AFL, it doesn't give the young fella much hope.

You never know TN, given most of Perth's coaching staff are ex-Subi with Germo, Brad Smith, Rumba, I think Priddis did some some stuff there as well, Clark might be enticed to give it a crack if they dangle $ in front of him.

Considering Clark came from a predominantly successful footy background winning flags at Subi. After that WCE and WCER experience of loss after loss, not sure Clark would be looking to go to Perth, despite any lucrative financial incentive from the PFC. The last two years for Clark certainly would of showed him winning means more then money.
