Spot on JL and Coogee. The mid season draft was originally designed to allow clubs to replace long term injured players not to speculate on young kids.

You could understand WC going after him, but not Peel as Freo have a pretty healthy list at the moment. Just another synical move by Peel like the EP bloke they stole, who's never played for Freo. That being said, if any AFL team has injury issues they must be made to use top ups from their reserves or aligned teams before raping the state leagues, otherwise what are the reserves/aligned teams for? Jnr Hansen needs a full WAFL season playing against men before he can be considered for the draft. He is a talent, there's no argument but still very young and lightly built.
