Sad to here the passing of fitness guru Matt Barber who was in charge of fitness under Peter German and was instrumental in developing Subi into the fittest and strongest unit in the league producing 4 flags and 9 top 3 finishes between 2000 and 2010, his influence cannot be underrated.

Also sad to here the shock passing of Jake Ryan who played a dozen league games last decade under German, very popular fellow and taken way too young in a freak accident in Italy.

Concur on both SS....Barber had his detractors but he certainly knew his stuff and Ryan was a much liked player and person and taken all too young.
