Agree jack...Bill will have them pumped for this one after all the trials and tribulations of the offseason. Cody could grow an extra leg knowing he's primed for a tilt at the AFL...or is that a Leggett?

Team list on the WAFL site shows no Braut who copped a knock last week or Borchet who must have an injury as he didn't play last week either.

Yes DF...I haven't paid much attention to Leggett in previous encounters with Subi but I'm expecting to see something between Alex Rance, Patty Dangerfield and Nat Fyfe out there today based on all the hand wringing and finger pointing that's gone on so far.

Good effort by the boys with a 14.9 to 2.6 result. It was pretty scrappy to start with as EF put a lot of numbers around and behind the ball to stop Subi's run and carry but opened up a bit more after quarter time. Dela was huge and very influential around the ground. Maxy Walters, Benny Newton, Horse, Harry Marsh with 3 or 4 goals were all very good. Once again the tackling pressure was terrific. No Braut, Borchet, Atkinson and 3 or 4 young kids going up into the seniors didn't impact on performance too much. My takeaway on Cody Leggett was that Perth are better off without him. I'm not sure where he played with the Dees but he's too undisciplined to play off half back and for one was a liability more than an asset to EF. A pretty good day all around with the colts having a big win and the ressies running away in the last to win by about 5 goals.

Oh dear, I know Subiaco are good but 2.6 on a perfect day for football? Hopefully the cheque has cleared BC before EF change their mind. Lol

East Freo were missing Loersch, Strnadica, Manning, Riach and Jansen apparently and they did play some good footy at times and had a crack but Subi was too strong in defence.
