Unbeleivable!!Power prices have risen over 70% the last few years and these "FATCATS"get huge pay rises.
My 80 year old Mother wont put the elec heater on during winter or the aircon on during summer because she is on a pension and it costs to much.
Yet the top 1/2 dozen FATCATS at Western Power all earn over $400,000 per year for doing what?No doubt the Water Corp execs enjoy the same increases for doing nought.
Colin Barnett is a goose,i dislike him with a passion.This man has no compassion to the struggling families of WA,wacker he is.

Hate to say it, with old mate Barnett, he get's put on the TV over in the East for the novelty factor - a clown. WA politics is seen as a joke, honestly with the dumb things he does.

Although Barry O'Ferral isn't much better in NSW... Only the Fishing and Shooters party keeping him honest (to a degree).

Barnett had nearly retired before the last election but labor stuffed up so bad he got back in.
What would WA be like if we werent in a "Minerals Boom",money rolling in everywhere the last so many years and we still have these "it has to happen"utility rises,bullshite!!!
Put it up for the high users,business etc [they just pass it on to us anyways + more]keep it affordable for old people,pensioners etc.
Why give the FatCats huge rises for the power prices[etc]increasing,what do they do to deserve such a rise??as usual its the worker who gets shafted,bet they didnt get a payrise.

Surely barnetts buffoons have to be kicked out early next year! My only worry is McGowan is now trying to play the nice guy image and i dont think that will resonate with WA voters, Barnet is an arrogant pr1ck and someone needs to take him on and take him down!

Unfortuantely all pollies are the same be it federal or state,it will be up to us to pick which ones can tell the fewer lies.
It annoys me that fatheads at the top of the company ladders get huge payrises[bonus's] for power prices etc increasing 62%.
I purchased 21 solar panels just over one year ago,no more power bills for me,plus 62.6242000 cents per unit i put back into grid.[for 10 years]
which after the 10 years should have paid for the invertor/solar panels.

Nice work on the panels..ive heard so many conflicting stories as to whether those things are really viable or not, but i think more people are telling me now they are a good thing
