My observations .....
This guy has learnt very little
He still thinks he's bullet proof
The Eagles failed in their Duty of care for many players and it seems they did everything to HIDE the issues their players were having with drugs and alcohol from the general public and in doing so gave the offenders impunity from actual payment for their indiscretions .
and lastly KERR lacks the power to actually be truthful with himself and his failures while playing and as a man.

There is NO WAY this fool should be mentoring young indigenous people, or any young people for that matter

I find the ability to be handed opportunity's in indigenous programs to persons like KERR who have gained notoriety in sport to be an insult to general society. Its a farce and a cop out - the outcome of this failure in HR is unbelievable and continues the rort our ability to reform anyone including the reformer!!

Did i read he said no drugs problem at the Eagles.. sorry must be MY mistake, Mainwaring Cousins and Fletcher, to name but 3 of thier high profile players. If the bloke wants to be taken serioulsy he has to be a bit better with his "new" Media profile" ( as in the savior), otherwise its just another attempt to high profile himself, for his OWN good

He decided to come out at THIS time in total disrespect to his sister who is playing for Australia within the girls soccer team the Matilda's playing in the World Cup to disclose he had drug issues
The Matilda's management was then required to go into overdrive on a PR side to protect his sister from his statements

The ABC program OFFSIDERS that discussed this then asked the question of its panel of journos - why would you do this??
The answer - this person wants the focus on HIM - selfishly it's all about HIM

He was a top footballer, but a total nothing outside of that. considering his issues with the law right now, you'd think he would lay low & sort that out first. As for him getting a government taxpayer funded job in yet another indigenous programme, well that's a joke in itself.

Watching the interview I got the sense that he had received legal advice about what he could and couldn't say.
