I see Bumbling Bill Marmion has told us how the Water corp are now going to Bill us every 2 months now so as to make it easier for people to budget. Ahaha what a load of rot! It wont make any difference and in fact will probably mean we end up paying more. Another bright idea from Barnetts Buffoons!

Well reading the metre more often will add labour costs and guess who will pay for that, and we already have the option of smaller payments that are spread out, and it will just give them a chance to increase charges and think we wont notice as much, they must think us rank and filers are stupid

Mate you havent been rank and file for a long time now.

As a matter of fact when it came time to pay your union fees you were always mysteriously having a crap at that time.
