Grump, I recall Josh Deluca got rubbed out for calling Claremont's Keifer Yu an "Asian c*#t" a few years back. I'm not sure if Yu was aggrieved by the former or the latter, as his Asian ethnicity was a matter of fact whereas the profanity was a matter of opinion.

I guess these days when you use racial terms in a derogatory sense then you're leaving yourself open to criticism and whatever else goes with it which for the record is not a bad thing, but where do you draw the line.

Its one thing not coming up to a high bar on a criminal charge and proving it to the point of conviction.

It's another thing to consider if the behavior suitable for someone to lead a national team given the extremely high priority these sporting bodies give to fighting race based abused. "No Room For Racism" is the slogan in English Football.

Pavlich made a statement on nine news last night that his view was that he behavior now well public makes her position as captain untenable. I think it's a no brainer.

They renamed Redskins Rippers and Chico's something else yet offending someone saying they are fucking stupid, and white not once but twice is ok. 

Cook said from the get go it's not the same as pointing out someone for their colour. Isn't white a colour? Already Emily Van Egmond has come out to support her as well as the Chelsea coach and club and Football Australia. It's pathetic. Her behaviour is one of an entitled little bitch.

Two rich sports stars get pissed , one so pissed has a spew, cabbie says hey you need to pay, rich sports star gets abusive and refuse, he says well stuff this Ill drive you to cop shop, one gets aggro and starts kicking window out, manages to smash it to the point of climbing out at the cop shop so they can run off but get caught, then gets mouthy and abusive with cops, - blames everyone else.

The small detail which has been overlooked in all this is that the taxi driver rang the coppers and told them what was going on in his cab and they said to take the pair to the nearest cop shop which he did. Kerr and her wife husband said they weren't aware of that, but how the hell couldn't they be when they were in the same cab when the driver called the cops.

Selective hearing - if it doesn't help their victim hood claim then it never happened.  

The driver was on the phone for seven minutes in a fifteen minute drive.

And she claims she had fears of the Claremont serial killer while the cab driver was on the phone to the cops and they told the driver bring them to the nearest police station. She is full of shit.

years ago there was a violent altercation at one of Samantha Kerr's birthday parties
brother and father beat the suitcase out of a young bloke attending it
was a strange one at the time

got to ask here
where is the CCTV footage that all cabs have nowadays everywhere ?
and particularly in the UK where there is a camera just about every metre or so
wouldn't be any doubt about what happened with it
 

Kerr rang the police and claimed she was hung up on. The police called her back, but the phone wasn't answered. I have watched the full 40 min video and read the court transcript. Not a good look.
