Tulsi Gabbard lost her best buddy Assad in Syria - commiserations to her - he's hiding out with Putin maybe she should head that way as well.

Tariffs used in conjunction with other tax leavers will bring about long term price reductions, its simple economics.  Incentivise industry to build local, reduce dependence on foreign production.  Also seems like just the threat of tariffs has got some countries pulling their heads in even before Trump is in office so already a win. 
Another short term view on farming and a gross exaggeration that all chemicals will be ended.  Dont agree with everything from RFK but I dont see why a reduction in the crap they put into food nowadays is a bad thing, again a long term gain. Looks at how healthy the average American is right now...
And Gabbard as a Russian / Syrian Spy? Surely people arnt that stupid.  About as believable as the drones over New Jersey being from an Iranian super carrier.

You can’t reason with these people Bazz,I stopped reading when he mentioned that tariffs would stimulate local US manufacturing,without the blindingly obvious infrastructure,production and labour cost problems,the materials and components which would have to be sourced from overseas,which would make it impossible for the US to churn out products cheaper than China,even with the 20% tariff slapped on,which we know will only be absorbed by the hapless Yank consumers.

You blokes do realise the USA has the lowest hourly rates in the Western world? As low as $7.25 an hour in some states. Trump was asked recently if he would support a universal minimum wage across the country. He said no some states have increased their minimum wage so high businesses have closed.

He said some places are very cheap to live why would you impose a much higher minimum wage in those states inline with states where the cost of living is much higher? Didn't you say RL on your EP board, commonsense is making a comeback? More jobs = more people with higher disposable income. I think that means a much bigger GDP. Lower crime because people have jobs and dignity.
