Not only did this poor girl not get the help she deserved, her parents now have to suffer the complete lack of accountability from a gutless health minister and the chief of Perth Childrens Hospital. Gutless pricks both of you for failing to give the real reasons this little girl lost her life. Mistakes were made, detail them and the people at the top need to take responsibility and fall on their sword. The nurse needs support and retraining. All nurses and doctors need support by you gutless pricks who won’t spend the money and run these people into the ground.

Yep that’s blatantly obvious by John “helicopter” Quigley’s abuse of power to intervene to protect the gutless Roger Cook from being subpoenaed to give evidence under oath in an unfair dismissal case against a former senior staffer whom he was close friends with.

DD ....sounds like more hands were needed at the coal face....you can  retrain staff to your hearts content.....but if you are short staffed, staff can only stretch themself so far mate......always easier to hang the minions out to dry......
