Zack wants to wind back the clock and rename Optus Perth stadium...

Honestly, I think that ship has sailed, although I would of preferred it to stay Perth Stadium, if this is the best policy idea he can come up with no wonder Mc Gowan has an easy ride.

I would love to see one of these marketing guru's explain how naming it "Perth Stadium" as opposed to a naming rights sponsor makes more people want to come to Perth. I can understand the geographically people immediately know the stadium is somewhere in Perth. When they hear Optus Stadium it could be anywhere.

Although I agree our iconic world class new Stadium should always have been named Perth Stadium (I always call it that anyway) and ditto for Perth Arena, I am not sure this is really at the top of everyone's agenda re current affairs election topics at this point of time!

The Libs should of ripped into Labor over the hotel fark up, instead they were hardly seen, honestly, what are the likes of Bill Marmion, Honey and other senior Libs doing or saying Katsambanis is normally vocal but is invisible,

Zack was on 6pr this morning, he comes across as a decent young bloke but at times misses a chance to make a point of difference, a bloke rang up about the mask wearing and how pointless the whole thing was and he missed the chance totally to take it up.

I'm probably off topic here and apologies to those who get bent out of shape when it happens but as someone said earlier, whenever pollies stuff up and McGoo is no different, they say the decision was made on best medical advice without ever revealing who gave that advice and what it was in detail. Which medical genius said it was ok for guards to patrol on the same floor as infected people without wearing PPE including masks? If it was the CMO or similar then they should be brought to task as even I can see it's an accident waiting to happen based on similar incidents in other states and I'm not a Dr. "Best medical advice" is a convenient excuse that no-one questions as far as I can see.

Spot on BC it was policy across the rest of the country except WA and McClown beats his chest about how well we are doing compared to other states then we get one case and it's exposed both the govt and the health department who were both resting on their laurels IMO. It's been a pain in the arse but it's probably a good thing this outbreak happened as it's exposed a few flaws over here.

Where Kirkup fucked up this morning Baz is he should have been all over these cockup's where guards weren't required to wear masks unless they approached a door and were allowed a second job. But then maybe he should have been across it before hand and been asking those questions in parliament. Definitely an opportunity lost for the Libs and Zac Kirkup.

Yep...and Kirkup also missed an opportunity to get stuck into McGoo over the promise to house 100 homeless in a hostel in Perth when in fact the government doesn't even have a lease and it looks like it's going to be sold to a private owner. Policy on the run by McGoo which has come back to bite him on the arse but is not being punished by the Libs.
