BC is correct. Most state-based disability systems have previously funded people with disabilities to access sex workers. And that's why the States now oppose the Commonwealth seeking to rescind this right in the transfer to Commonwealth management.
I know disabled persons access Prostitutes and that some specialise in that service although the tax payer funded side is clearly new given Prostitution was illegal in most states up until recently and still is in most states in some form depending on rules.
