That's been going on for years Baz where disabled are provided certain "services" at taxpayers expense.

BC is correct. Most state-based disability systems have previously funded people with disabilities to access sex workers. And that's why the States now oppose the Commonwealth seeking to rescind this right in the transfer to Commonwealth management.
