I think his approval rating might have gone to Mark's head. Now he is saying one of the reasons he doesn't want to open the border is to keep us West Australians in WA so we can't go east for a holiday and spend our money.

Im not worried about the borders infact I reckon it makes sense to help the State recover, I was in the Wheatblet over the long weekend and it was amazing how many people were caravan and touring around places not normally visited. , but the power grab is going to his head for sure, mainly because of this crazy rental moratorium being extended to March 2021, its madness even Socialists crazed Covid Victoria only extended it to December all the other states are back to normal - but not power mad mark.

I agree with you to a point about the rental moratorium but given the record low vacancy rate I can also see landlords going back to the halcyon days in the boom when the property went to the highest bidder, often above the asking price. Last thing this state and city needs is more people homeless.

Whats new, the market sets rents not the government, that only happens in a communist country, I notice the government never stepped in when rents were dropping through the floor to outlaw any reductions in rent.

Sorry to hear that SS that’s just horrible and that would piss me right off. It’s definitely gone to McGowan’s head. Everyone’s onto him now. Haven’t been listening to any radio until 5 minutes ago but that’s all they are talking about.

He has been doing a bit of dancing but the medical Officer has come out and supported the medical issues.
