I thought Emperor McGowan had built an impregnable border that only people with extenuating circumstances could get through? Seems not, we've got these entitled flogs coming in from eastern states with no checks, no permits, no compulsory quarantining, just told you have to self isolate and practice social distancing. And they are laughing at us. We are dead set lucky we have dodged a bullet thus far and not suffered a Covid-19 outbreak.

Unless drastic changes are made you would think it's only a matter of time before our luck runs out.

And here is stupid old me thinking people needed an exemption. Is mind boggling this plonker can simply board a flight like he did. Especially when some WA residents are denied entry! Apparently he's currently in isolation under police guard.

And they are bidding for the AFL GF!! You can imagine if Richmond or Collingwood make the GF just how many of those rabid self entitled supporters would be looking at ways to get across to WA to watch the game. It's a very long border and it wouldn't need much imagination and ingenuity to find a way across. Qld & SA are welcome to it.

On our hard border between SA and WA there is no excuse for the WA govt, that's where they can set the rules hard and fast but heard Mark say on radio how come these people are allowed on planes without a permit to fly into WA? Maybe the Qld Premier is trying to let Covid into WA to get some community spread happening to stop WA stealing "their grand final" off them?

Not sure you can apportion blame to the WA authorities if the airport he left from let him board, we do not control the border force Mr half job done does and he would gladly see WA have an outbreak just so he and palmer could have a hahaha look at you now moment!

In any process like this when you have politicians and civil servants involved is always fraught with danger but they as a collective have done pretty good so far!

And I don’t think we can blame our govt for the recent infections. Time for the Mexicans over east to get serious and follow MarkMac’s lead.

I reckon they should fine the airlines for letting people board without a valid exemption. That's what Immigration does when people arrive in Australia without a valid visa...that person is turned around and the carrier cops a fine.
