I could swear this case was always mentioned as a High Court challenge but all along it was in the Federal Court. So now the filthy rich wanker will take it to the High Court. He is off the rails old Clive.

I actually think they backfired.

There is some chance the HCA may say we should open up to 'safe' states but that would be the extent of it.
