Good recruits win good games & Dangerfield proved this again. Cats were sluggish but Dangerfield at stood up when sent up forward. No one seemed to put pressure on him. Cats sent Guthrie onto Neale after he had a picnic & that closed him down. Great to see Lyon smiling after the match as he gets his $1m pa. Its all about the job, not the game.

As opposed to a negative and glum coach like Mick Malthouse who destroys the confidence of a playing group if they aren't winning or in the eight. What's wrong with acknowledging we competed and challenged a top 4 side? I would have thought that is positive reinforcement that the players did some things well? No instead just hammer them for losing to a premiership contender and put them all on edge. Lol

I would of thought this game would of had more questions than answers for Chris Scott if not for Freo's finishing in the last quarter it would of been embarrassing for Geelong.
Lol it was a nice subtle troll by this flog, the drug cheats playing at the same time as well, leatherchaps never change.

Just what I would expect from an IDIOT who will die believing ESSENDON was the ONLY club to have "SUPPOSED DRUG CHEATS". Lucky you support a CLUB who has never had a DRUG CHEAT in your opinion. Take your hands out of your pockets. I can peacefully pass awy knowing we have won too many premierships unlike you who have NONE but troll others.

Correct Freo have 365 injuiries, and Cats at full strngth, on paper cats should have won by 30 plus points. Scott still has a lot of questions to answer. No game plan, and with the talent he has, they should be playing fast attacking footy.

As much as I hate Freo, I was hoping they would roll the whinger Scott's Cats. So near yet so far. One thing is sure, put Dangerfield in a huge cotton wool suit, coz if he folds, so do Geelong.

On a side note, I wonder if his whinging brother has hurt his team with regard to the umpires with his recent outrageous claim he had to apologize for? I watched a fair bit of the PA v NM game today and though Port deserved to win I thought North were crucified by the umpires.
