Bloody hell another heart stopper involving Freo and that's two heart stoppers between the two clubs this year. Unfortunately for the Roos they fell short both times. Like Ross Lyon I thought we blew it when Goldstein was awarded a free kick 25m out with less than two minutes to go. In fact he missed two very gettable goals in the last 5 minutes.

But what a story, what a debut by Ryan Nyhuis. Unbelievable debut and what's exciting for me is the club has unearthed 3 talls in the last few weeks. Nyhuis is a good size, not sure of his height but side by side with Robbie Tarrant he looked around the same height. So he and Cox are going to be really important going forward as key position players that can play back or forward.

Is Brady Grey the toughest player at the club? I reckon he's the toughest player since Antoni Grover. Clearly in a lot of pain with a shoulder but gets up and plays on.

Fyfe is back. 9/10. The week off looks to have freshened him up. Just sign him up now minimum 4 years.

Ryan Nuhuis is 188cm Tarrant is 196 so he is quite a bit shorter but that didnt stop him. I've been quite happy the way these young guys are going for a while now even though we weren't winning games. Maybe a bit lucky to win this week, but would have been unlucky not to have won. They are showing passages of really strong football and just need to get the consictency into their games and they will be a very competetive side.
