Lyon has apparently said that Tanner Smith will not be elevated as he is not ready yet.
Harlet Balic has been placed on the long term injury list as well.

A/m Dawson is the traveling emergency, I reckon Barlow has been genuinely dropped only 15 possessions last week with 13 hand balls I think it's been on the cards for a while.

I think Lyons will be looking to increase the leg speed in the team and I reckon Micky's likely to be in the firing line.

If Lyon has any brains Dawson should not play again.. Just play the kids, Dawson is just a liability & has been for years. What do you reckon JB or just delete this post like last time even though it's my opinion..

I dont agree with your point, but don't have a problem with comments that stay on topic and aren't just put up to stir arguments. There would be some who agree with your comment and you are welcome to make it.

I think you will find that Dawson has had bugger all goals kicked on him, the problem is he can't transition the ball out of defence, the Hawks are fairly small in their fwd line without Roughy and Alex Pearce is a good match up for Gunston, hes beaten Walker and Cameron comfortably the last couple of weeks.

With regards to Freo and playing the players and player delisting at the end of the year, I thought this article was an interesting read.

Give it a few more weeks if Freo remain winless PN and Barrett will be on tv spruiking about tanking at Freo.

Re: Barlow and Dawson axing it sends a clear message. If you can't use the football efficiently you won't be selected at this level. Will be interesting to see if they get picked again. Barlow will pick up 35 possessions plus playing for Peel.
