Just interested to know what Mzungu has done to Lyon because he hasn't really been given a proper go this year. He is playing brilliantly in the WAFL, but when recalled to the Dockers he has invariably been dropped after 1 game back. He certainly wasn't the worst player last week in a bad loss, yet he finds himself on the outer again. He was a first choice player last year so what has changed?

I do believe it goes back to he and Sylvia having a bust up on the training track and then continuing with it in the change rooms. Maybe Lyon is telling him he needs to be more disciplined in what he does.

OK I didn't hear about the bust up with Sylvia although given where Colin ended up Tendai probably had a point

Would play him before Sheridan #11 any day of the week. I sometimes doubt Ross and his decisions. I remember he drafted Peake to the Saints as well and look at the mess he left the Saints in.

Agree with the point on Sheridan, surely being picked on potential rather than performance. Griffin has been consistent for Peel this year so he has earned his opportunity. Lachie Weller and Ed Langdon named as emergencies too so they have also been rewarded for some good games at WAFL level.

A couple of interesting ins for Peel this week apart from the guys dropped by the Dockers. Both Dawson and Silvagni have been named in the squad, remains to be seen if they both play. Now they are just awaiting Johnson's return.
