Yep, started in a blaze of glory, all down hill from there for Metro. Downhill skier. Who knows what Max would have finished with if he played a whole game?
Bit harsh on Metropolis, 100 plus games in the A.F.L is not too bad. Warren Ralph had a great debut for Carlton. John Georgiades for Western Bulldogs was memorable. John Coleman kicked 12 goals on debut. Greg Williams had 34 touches. Max Duffy was sound.
