Fyfe one a joke. Footy is dead if that's worth 2 weeks

I have been saying for a few years now that the big fat Greek wanker is slowly killing our game. They make changes on the run every year, nobody knows the rules anymore, he has loaded Gold Coast and GWS with the absolute cream of the talent available and they will be dominant within 2 years. Meanwhile 10 clubs stay in Melbourne and the standard of games is slipping, the gap between top 4 and bottom 4 is ridiculous. The opening split round was beyond belief and now they are wondering why crowds are down, leave the f--ing game alone.

It is starting to get pretty bad now with these rule changes. Taking some of the best parts of our game away from it. Just like in the NRL when they took out the shoulder charge. Definitely going backwards in both codes.

Certainly getting the depth tested early this year, I think they can handle it and who better to get tested against. Having said that, word is that McPharland could miss as well.

As for the Fyfe decision, I only found out yesterday arvo what incident he got suspended for.... what an absolute disgrace! The AFL should be ashamed of themselves.

Who actually makes these rule changes every year? There has been a downward movement in the AFL for a few years now and we are just starting to see the evidence in lower crowds and unhappy fans as per AFL Fans .com Anybody who doesn't believe the Fat Man was tapped on the shoulder to move on is mistaken. He is leaving a legacy - not a good one.

I think Fremantle can cover those losses, yes it will be tough as they are awesome players, but they can do it.

I would bring in Sylvia (for Fyfe) also, his experience is a huge plus for him. These players tend to stand up in big games and his pre season form wouldn't worry me.

Also would bring in Lachie Neale for Barlow, obvious reasons their and probably the easiest choice to slot into the midfield in Barlow's absence.

Ibbotson for Dawson. Same as above to slot into the defense.

Still has Clarke waiting in the wings as well, so Fremantle does have good depth, and it is being tested early.
