Fremantle will welcome back Sean Darcy and Hayden Young for their game against Richmond in the Barossa Valley Gather Round game.
Both will be most welcome additions, even after their gutsy win last week,
It will be a test for Darcy who will play his first game of the year after knee and ankle surgery.Up againt one of the monsters of the AFL rucking fraternity, Toby Nankervis.
Young will add bite to an already potent mid field.
Sam Swilkowski will also return to the squad.It could mean that Dudley misses if Switkowski plays.
Though the Tigers are struggling, I feel thay will give Freo a tough time.
Realistically, Fremantle should win.
 

It was good to see darcy, Young and Switkowski back for Fremantle on the weekend.
All played their parts.
I noticed that Darcy had his left knee wrapped in ice during the teams song.
Some very good games coming from Treacy, Brayshaw, Serong,Pearce, Cox and Ryan.
Good to see that Murphy Reid is still  getting into his role. The kid is going to be a gun.
So much to like about how the boys are going after a disappointing start with losses to Geelong and Sydney.
A trip to the Gee this week to take on struggling Melbourne.
 

Freo supporters shouldn't get too excited just yet. Yes they now sit at 3-2 but 2 of their victories have been against West Coast and Richmond who are almost certain to be bottom 3 this season. The victory over the Doggies was a good one, especially given the injury problems during the match. They should beat the winless Demons this week to make it 4-2 but after this sterner challenges await starting with the ANZAC clash against Adelaide in round 7.
Sad to see Nat Fyfe get injured playing for Peel. I would say it will be his last season so I hope this club legend can recover to play a part at some stage. Same goes for Sonny Walters who may struggle to get back in the team with the recruitment of Shai Bolton and the emergence of the exciting Isaiah Dudley.

Certainly too soon to be crowing that is for sure. But the last two games the boys looked like they were putting it together.
Yes, very sad to see such a great player like Fyfe suffer as he is.Even if fit, is there a spot for him?I guess we will find out later in the season.I think Deadly Dudley has put the pressure on Walters as well. He and the addition of Bolton will make it hard for Son Son to get back.
I fully expect a tough game at the G this weekend.The Dees are copping plenty, and rightly so.
A big test for Darcy this week against Gawn. Will test his fitness I am sure.
It was great to see Young firing so well in his first hit out this season.
