Another poor game from MW. The debutant Adelaide small forward showed him hows its done. Michael just goes to ground too easily, looks for free kicks and tries to make things look more difficult than they need to look

Yep he just doesnt cut it on the inside, hits the deck too easy.  Put him on the outside to use the one skill he has left, his kicking.  

He's a small forward and has been a very good one. Given the Dorks horrendous goal kicking, his elite disposal is desperately needed up forward. Always staging for free's and appears soft at times but has superb skills when he's on and focused.
Dockers should have been 7 or 8 gaols up at halftime and game over. You would expect the Crows to push back, and they did as they were only 20 odd points behind, but credit to Freo for sticking at it and that last very intelligent spoil was a game/draw saver.

How good was that game awareness by young Chapman in the last seconds to tap the ball back into play. He knew that a backhand tap would have meant a draw so he took the risk to win the game and ran on to take the ball out of defence as the siren went. He is going to be a very good player for the Dockers.

Exceptional presence of mind in a super high pressure moment. Miss the ball they lose, tap it through it's a draw, take a punt and hit it back into play, they win.

Blakley in for Henry (10 cm's taller and 6kg heaver) midfield, Colyer in at expense of Walters - No nonsense. Forward. Erasmus in for Acres - a better footballer by a lot. Midfield. Darcy in for Meek, Ruck although I reckon Meek is a very good number 2 ruck and I am not nocking him. Rest Fyfe another week.
