Absolutely mind boggling. "Hey lets schedule 3 WAFL games on Anzac Day while everyone is at home watching the Collingwood/Essendon blockbuster and then we will have our own blockbuster on Saturday Claremont Vs Peel in Mandurah".

They have no bloody idea at all. The derby in Freo will get a few but all games should be on Saturday.

Claremont controlled the game all day except for a couple of Spurts from WP. We did well to get withing 5 points and were looking good - but then

Our Colts got beaten soundly. Ressies went down but it was certainly a great comeback in the second half and could of taken it if had started earlier.

This time last year we lost by over ten goals. No Sela, Hunty, Johnson and Mellington. Chris won the taps, we won the clearances, we lost the iside 50s and the free kick count. So, does that mean Claremont have lost a bit or West Perth have improved. A 19 pint loss to a very good team is encouraging and we will beat Claremont this year. Was that Calab Shadbolt running for us today. Dissapointed with the loss but not dissapointed with the effort.

Just watched the first half of the game and I must say the Claremont talls killed us, we still are the mosquito fleet and for some unknown reason the bloody ball did not bounce our way. We stuffed up so many times in the forward line but our defence was strong and if we can structure a clever forward method we will play finals football. Games against Perth, Swans, Sharks will determine how good we are. From what Bill said tonight, we have a few injuries and the line up may be different next Thursday.
