East Perth seemed determine to make a game of it and pushed right till the final siren - For them it was good to see and I'm sure the coaching staff and players generally would gain much from their 4 Qtr effort, losing 2 players from what I saw makes an interesting rotation dilemma. We have been there in the past...
Not sure of his name, but EF teenager (from the paper) held Nellie very very well - 9 disposals - I think that's one of his lowest ever - well done!! that's quite a good scalp to have, but others in our Mid stepped up
Some interesting umpiring decisions for both sides haha - I cant say I am a fan of the rushed ball out of play - the determination of what is and what isn't is waaaaaay too broad.
We at WP have some interesting on field work to attend to:

Several players seem VERY frustrated with their co-players selfishness, or for failure to make effort to get to ball, not spotting a leading or free player to kick too etc etc . This must be a stewing point from the basting some players got. Its one that needs immediate attention as does our back lines failure to cover players when pushing up is required - Blind freddy can see that issue so why cant a player..
And lastly - our
Goal Kicking could use a tweak - Once again I have to ask is there any actual work done on this for the players or is it just up to them to kick away at goals at practice with NO direction or coaching??
The last comment could be said of several teams in the comp at this time
Oh - one very last thing - I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo over our supporter who in the stands smashes our ears drums with his CAAAAAAARRRNN WEST CAAAAAAARN WEST blah blah I know he is likely a lovely gut but REALLY?????

Today he was over the top and while I am a patient man I wanted to yell back SHUT THE F........K UP (for a Qtr atleast)
