I felt I needed to start a topic for this bloke, he never ceases to amaze me ! He is so crucial to our chances of playing finals. Keuns is like an extra midfielder, he is more agile than any other ruck man in the comp and would comfortably be in the top 3 in the WAFL.

When you go way back to the period when W.P had Seaby, Warnock, Andrews and Bradley playing at the one time, poor Keuns had to play in the Dags, and when they got dropped back to the AFL, he would come up and play a blinder only to get dropped again. You could excuse him for leaving the club (particularly being an Easten Stater) but he stuck around and that in a nutshell exemplify,s the quality and character of the bloke !

don't let the SD boys read that one Leedy......big bad Wes has dibs on all those titles mate......Johnson, Sinclair, Seaby, Lammie, Andrews......then there's DF two whipper snappers in Murray and Leyendekkers......christ not too sure where Chris squeezes in, but kudos to the big fella for his loyalty and persistence!!

Yeah i agree he is unsung and flys under the radar of opposition teams and the media, will be good battle on ANZAC day when another unsung Ruckman, and last years leading Ruckman in stats (just for you Freezer ), Wes Lammie and Keunan come up against each other!

Well said leedy you are right about that.About time this guy got some appreciation. week in week out I love watching kuens go about it. Very under rated by some but efforts like on the weekend against Johnson who everyone seems to rate as the number 1 guy in the comp prove how valuable he really is .

Love of Club...Loyal...Loyalty...True Blue....true Red & Blue...& can play a bit. Well done Chris.

You just hammered home my point, under rated, he fits in the top 3 mate, make no mistake ! He had to come off twice last night with a hip problem and still managed to dominate the last qtr to get us over the line......

When Chris hobbled off in the second quarter we were gone and well done to Rodda to take charge. Chris wasn't right when he went back on but he put in a fantastic effort for the rest of the game. He limped off at the end so the two weeks off has come at a good time for him. I think Bill has to select Frank Stockley, we need Frank to fire up and assist Chris in the ruck, its time for Frank to step up. Typical Chris Keunen game, the man has a big heart and also a top bloke.
