Shannon has done his hammy again, possible two, three weeks. Mitch Vanberlo shoulder, we are dropping like flies. Manning back next week. Considering we had a whole bunch of blokes out the boys did well and poor kicking for goals stuffed it for us. Swans killed us in the pack marks.

Believe you guys also lost a player before the first bounce also according to Hardings award speech in which he sung the praise of the WP effort on the day relaying the amount of outs you had. SD use of the ball was deplorable in the first half but most of this due to the pressure from WP (Faulkner aside his kicking yesterday possibly the worst ive seen from a league footballer, how many times can one kick in to the man on the mark or pinpoint pass to the opposition). You outplayed us for the first 3 qtrs and were much more efficient with the ball with only our defence keeping us in the game. Whilst it was pleasing to see our guys will themselves over the line in the last qtr from your side of the fence I'd be very proud of my team. A lot of important outs and still you took it up to us and led for all but 5mins away from home. I was super impressed with West Perth yesterday. You have yourselves a very good football side there at the moment and if you can get some of your top end talent fit and back on the field for finals will give it a shake this year.

Yes mate Andrew Strijk had a twinge and they left him out as a precaution.
Will be right for next week.. A big loss and a game winner.
Think Drew Rhode came in late... He played a good solid game.
Trent Manzone had a ripper and was everywhere.
Lucky club that we at least have depth to fill the spots.

Two evenly matched teams from the evidence of the games this year, look forward to round 3 at HBF Arena in 4 weeks I'm sure it will be close again. Maybe a sequel in September too perhaps? Wow that would be fantastic. I reckon everybody but Channel 7 would rock up for that game
