The arbitrator announced the decision at 3.00pm yesterday that Keitel has been cleared to play for West Perth. He still cant play for West Perth until transfers fees are paid and all is rubber stamped. Its very unfortunate that communications with East Perth's Dean Turner have broken down and now West Perth have to go to arbitrator with a dollar figure to finalise the transfer. This may take two to three weeks.

How did Dean Turner get pulled into it??? its funny that West Perth refused point blank to even speak to EP when you thought he was a free transfer. As soon as WP found out he wasn't free they call EP trying to negotiate like a normal club would.

I am not surprised with Turners reaction. The club never handle any aspect of things well. No wonder Keitel wanted out.

What was Turners reaction Astro? Now your son is at EF I would of thought your little snipes would desist. I think you should grow up and move on.
