Iwonder what she looks like now?Back to the interview Cardy,I also thought it was great.Raponi not only comes across as a passionate WP supporter but also a diehard WAFL supporter.Shame some of the interviews carried out by Barich on 7 with AFL players and coaches from the two WA teams were not more like this interview.I get nothing out of them as Barich asks sterile questions that go nowhere and the responses are even more boring than viewing The Voice or X Factor. All in all, television for hormonal teenagers or the braindead.

Agree Michael does a good job and Brett is totall relaxed.
Barich and a few of the AFL interviews as you say come accross in a sterile and it appears rehearsed. Always the right questions and usually they are catering to the other persons ego and their own.

But the again the AFL is a Sanitised show piece with the games becomming more of a soap opera every year. A lot of their games are a joke because of the mismatch between teams where as the WAFL games IMO can on any given day go either way.

Great to hear from Harrow again and a couple of the legends. This Half Time at The Footy is usually a great clip and with the demise of the ABC as a broadcaster of WAFL it will go as well.
There are a lot of their clips on Youtube which is a great service by the ABC considering a lot of people miss this Half time interview etc.

Yea Cardy, I watched the interview at half time. Really impressed with Brett and even Michael. Brett is very professional and really pushes the club in all areas. I think some exciting times coming up and hopefully the team can get its act together on the field.
Michael asked a lot of great questions. Better than Barich and even Zempalis. The trouble with them two is that they are puppets and always get back to Nic Nat. Pisses me off.

I enjoyed tis, thanks for posting Cardy. They certaibnly have a vision and success has come to them. Strong words from Brett as always.Come to expect that from him now. I dont always agree with what he says but i cannt deny he is a strong voice for the WAFL and pushes hard for the Garlics and the comp

I might be wrong but wasn't 1983 the first year we went to the FALCONS name? this might be the reason they advertised with the pretty girl and the FALCONS name splashed all over the advertisement...

At the time I was not happy with leaving the Cardinals name behind but the Falcons quickly grew on me..
