Good news for EF, Saylor (indefinite), Bartholomew (4 weeks), Tsalikis (2 weeks), Salicic (TBA), Kerr (1-2 weeks) all out. Gunna be a tough few rounds coming up !

Bad news Leedy but not all that bad. Our Ressies have been doing well beating 3 top sides over the last 3 weeks.
Slick will most probably be replaced by Fowler?
Anton wasnt doing that well anyway and back to ressies last week. There are a couple who can replace him.
Razor hard to replace as top ball getter but a couple of players in Ressies that deserve a chance and this is a good opening for them to have a run.
Sala was out for 6 weeks before the reoccurance of his Hammy and we didnt do to bad in that period with other options. Kerr was playing well

I did a bit of a post on Page 1 of this thread and put the Stats up for the Ressies. Have at 3 who could come up but wont Rock the boat as sure the selection committee will bring up the guys deserving.

I think we have the replacements even though they have to proved themselves.
I am a optimist and still think we can beat EF this week.

After this weekends rounds there could be just 1 game and percentage seperating 2nd to 6th.
No team can afford too many slip ups and losses in the next month or so.

Frank Stockley is doing alright this year.. He has been dominating the ruck in the Ressies (yeh I know a bit higher in standard in the league) but still getting a lot of hit outs. Had a game then back to Ressies and that had me mystified considering we were up against Seaby and Andrews.. It came back and bit Bill on the arse when Chris got crook. Stockers ended up playing 6 qtrs and our only ruckman of note v CLA so all in all not a bad effort. I liked the way Paul Sanazone used him in the Ressies. Old fashioned footy he rucked and then rested in the Forward line where he was kicking goals and gave us another tall up forward..

Have a feeling with the outs we have the Reserves might be a bit light on this week as Chooky fowler has been kicking up to 5 goals a game and with slick out he SHOULD be up. I will certainly be there to support the Ressies who are showing a lot of Heart to win last 3.
