Do you guys know what the capacity for Sundays final will be? I'm assuming it will be around 8k

Apart from the first game there in 1994 when there was 15000 ( how did they fit all those people in there??) the next biggest crowd was 7849 in 2015. The highest finals crowd there was 5556 for the preliminary final in 2008 although I was there and it seemed a lot more than that. I don't know whether the new premises have increased or decreased the capacity of the ground.

If decent weather i'd expect the D's supporters to totally out number the Joondy supporters, D's have been starved of finals action for decades. A crowd of around 7 or 8k would be great, good luck D's, but respect to the WP players for making yet another finals series.

I'm sure they won't charge $10 parking. They haven't this season from experience. Maybe I was just lucky. But the trip is too far, you'll fall asleep at the wheel before you hit Edgewater. If you take the train you got a Burke and Wills trip on foot and if it's warm you might as well be making wills for your family as it's a fair hike.

Hopefully it boosts the coffers of West Perth as they owe alot of money to VenuesWest and the ATO.
