Bad kicking at goal marred a big win. But a win is a win

How you enjoying the AFL season LS? Are you as frustrated as me knowing our potential is not being met? The positive is s few of the kids appear to be better than I originally though. Without Devon Smith doubt we’d still be in with a rough hope of finals.

I'll make it positive:
(A) Z.Merrett, Zaharakis, D.Heppell, Smith, Hooker, Hurley, Bellchambers.
(B) Fantasia, Daniher, Parish, Tipungwati, Stringer, Baguley,McKernan, Ambrose.
(C) Guelfi, McNiece, Francis, Langford, Begley,McKenna,Mutch, Redman, Ridley.
(D) Goddard, Myers, Colyer, Dea, Brown, Gleeson, Green, Hartley,Laverde, Leuenberger, J.Merrett, Stewart.
The A's are essential. The B's should get there. The C's are young. The D's could go.
Summing up Daniher needs to kick straight . I like Francis & Ridley but they dont play often enough. McKenna has speed & breaks the line well.Goddard is a problem, blames others but makes mistakes..
Recruiting Stringer, Smith & Saad has improved the side. Stringer is NOT a mid.
Bit tough?

Pretty much in agreeance with you there LS. Thanks for your reply.

Langford is an interesting one for me. I thought he was far from it but the more I watch him the more he reminds me of a young Jobe, not just in number but the way he goes about and his shortcomings. Overcome these and he might just be an absolute gem for us. Have loved watching Merrett develop in to a top line elite footballer...goes about it with style and grace...brilliant player. Daniher is a key to our future. If he comes along as we need him to we will be a tough unit to crack for years. If not back to the drawing board in my eyes.

just a win as Swans didn't appear fit enough. Liked the kids with Parish & Francis putting in. Swans a bit rough. Now for the Hawks.
